Radio Amateurs might experience problems to connect to certain nodes when there is load - shedding or Internet - shedding.  Ya, a new term.

Overseas connections will drop at any time when load shedding is implemented.  Please understand that outages is beyond our control.  We will do our utmost best to render a good service but as you know by now The ZS-Link Network is not a one man show and we rely on our fellow radio amateurs, clubs and others to keep the systems running.

Several of our connecting stations, links, repeaters might not be on the air during loadshedding for various reasons.  However many  of these systems do have battery power back-up.

Finally:  We apologize for any outages and break in transmissions as a result of loadshedding. However many systems will still be up and running.  Log in and join us on the ZS-Link Network either via Echolink, AllStar, Repeaters or Simplex RF Links.

We will update you should there be any problems due to load shedding.
