No activity on the Garden Route Hub Network?

 

I listened on Echolink/Allstar to ZS1I-L and did not hear any activity!! 

 

From time to time there will not be any activity. These quiet time-slots are there should you want to make a contact with another radio amateur else where in the world. However for the convenience of all, I am busy compiling a diary of events where you will be able to find information on News Bulletins, Nets, Live Link Connections etc. I plan to automate bulletins and nets and to add ARRL News as well as Amateur Radio Newsline. A further option I am considering is to link the GRHub Network to Broadcastify. This will allow the public to listen to live streams coming from the GRHub Network. Please note the activity schedule can change at any time. I plan to activate several more gateways in future as well as special events. More on this later.
