Well all the hard work came together this past week and a final installation was done on the 2 April 2022 at the QTH of ZS1I. The 12 meter aluminum mast was lifted after fitting a Diamond X50 VHF/UHF Antenna to it. The antenna will be used for the ZS1I GRHub Network 145.550 Mhz Simplex Link on AllStar and will also be linked to the ZS-Link Network. The lift went well and the mast was secured with 3 x temporary stay nylon ropes. Here are a few images of the aluminum flag pole mast and antenna installed. (Click on images for large view.)
